class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> 8 slices of thick pork chop<\/li><li> Chicken stock<\/li><li> 4 Eggs<\/li><li> Salt and Pepper<\/li><li> 3 cloves of garlic<\/li><li> 1 tsp rosemary<\/li><li> Coconut Oil<\/li><li> Gluten free flour (I will write done my version of this below)  <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"preparation\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Make multiple incisions into the meat on both sides but not very deep or all the way through <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dip them in the flour mixture (instructions below) and make sure it\u2019s covered on the sides too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a pan start to heat up the oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the oil is hot dip the meat in the beaten eggs and put them in the oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook both sides until they turn to golden brown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After cooking put them side by side in a deep pan covering the bottom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add more salt, pepper, rosemary and crushed garlic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fill with chicken stock until the meat is covered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cover with aluminium foil and cook in the oven for an hour on 200 degrees Celsius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"ingredients-for-my-flour\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients for my flour:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> 100g flaxseed flour<\/li><li> 100g parmesan cheese<\/li><li> Salt and Pepper<\/li><li> 1 tsp garlic or red onion powder<\/li><li> Sesame seed (optional) <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"preparation-2\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix all of these together and it\u2019s ready.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While it\u2019s cooking in the oven I make the side dish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"ingredients-for-cauliflower-rice\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients for cauliflower rice:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> 1 cauliflower <\/li><li> Oil<\/li><li> Salt <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"preparation-3\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Seperate out the cauliflower to pieces and grate with a food processor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put oil in a pan and when it\u2019s hot add the cauliflower rice and add salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook slowly for 15 minutes and add a little bit of water\u2026about 100ml.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If it\u2019s not soft yet add more water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When it\u2019s ready cover it and leave it for a while, but make sure there is no more water in it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Ingredients for the
