{"id":1473,"date":"2020-01-26T13:18:50","date_gmt":"2020-01-26T13:18:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.katislife.com\/?p=1473"},"modified":"2020-01-28T13:46:36","modified_gmt":"2020-01-28T13:46:36","slug":"keto-fish-pie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.katislife.com\/en\/2020\/01\/keto-fish-pie.html","title":{"rendered":"Keto Fish Pie"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 id=\"ingredients\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> 1 cauliflower <\/li><li> 100g butter<\/li><li> 500g any kind of sea fish<\/li><li> 100g smoked fish (if you have some \/ want to but you can leave this out)<\/li><li> 1 red onion<\/li><li> 3 bay leaves<\/li><li> 3 clove<\/li><li> 1 cup cream<\/li><li> 1\/2 cup milk<\/li><li> 1 tsp mustard<\/li><li> 200g cheddar cheese<\/li><li> 1 pack of fresh parsley<\/li><li> 200g fresh spinach<\/li><li> 1\/2 cup frozen peas<\/li><li> Pinch of nutmeg<\/li><li> Salt, pepper <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"make-cauliflower-rice-from-the-cauliflower\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Make cauliflower rice from the cauliflower:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Grate the cauliflower into smaller pieces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put oil in a pan and when it\u2019s hot add the cauliflower rice and add salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook slowly for 15 minutes and add a little bit of water\u2026 about 100ml.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If it\u2019s not soft yet add more water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When it\u2019s ready cover it and leave it for a while.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"fish-pie-preparation\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fish Pie Preparation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In a big pan put the butter and melt it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the cut onion and the bay leaves and add a little bit if salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook for five minutes then add the cream, milk and the clove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stir it and cook slowly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut the fish into piecies and put it in the cream sauce and cook for 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After 10 minutes take out the fish and put it in another cooking pan which you will use to cook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take out the bay leaves and cloves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add 1 and 1\/2 cup of grated cheese, mustard and nutmeg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If it\u2019s too thick add more milk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the cheese is melted add the spinach and cook for 5 more minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can make the cauliflower rice like I did or you can also make cauliflower puree whichever you like better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour the creamy spinach sauce on the fish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the cauliflower rice or puree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sprinkle the top with grated cheese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While doing this pre heat the oven to 200 degrees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Don\u2019t cover the pan and put it in the oven for 25-30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When it\u2019s ready leave it for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Ingredients: 1 cauliflower 100g butter 500g any kind of sea fish 100g smoked fish (if you have some&hellip;\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":697,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[321,314],"tags":[510,318,348],"class_list":{"0":"post-1473","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-main-dishes","8":"category-recipes","9":"tag-fish","10":"tag-keto","11":"tag-pie"},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.katislife.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/1473","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.katislife.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.katislife.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.katislife.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/2"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.katislife.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=1473"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/www.katislife.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/1473\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":1474,"href":"https:\/\/www.katislife.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/1473\/revisions\/1474"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.katislife.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/697"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.katislife.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=1473"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.katislife.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=1473"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.katislife.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=1473"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
