chili pepper<\/li><li> Half cauliflower <\/li><li> 50g quinoa<\/li><li> Chicken stock<\/li><li> 1 tomato puree<\/li><li> Salt and pepper<\/li><li> 1 tsp chili powder<\/li><li> 1 tsp smoked pepper powder<\/li><li> 1 tsp thyme<\/li><li> Fresh parsley<\/li><li> Oil <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Put oil in a big pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take out the meat from the sausages casings and form small balls then put them in the pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the bacon and start to cook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut the red onion, crush the garlic and add to the meat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut the peppers, chili and celery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Don\u2019t cut the cherry tomatoes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the meat is white add all the vegetables, tomato puree, all the spicies and half of the cut parsley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stir and pour in the chicken stock until it\u2019s covered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cover it and cook slowly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grate the cauliflower in the food processor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After one hour add the cauliflower rice and cook for an other 30 minutes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the quinoa after half an hour and add more chicken stock if needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After another half an hour add the rest if the parsley and the frozen shrimps. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cover it and cook for 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After cooking keep it covered for 15 more minutes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Ingredients: 8 fresh, not cooked,
