I used a 26cm cake pan for this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix the grated nuts with the melted butter and egg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put baking paper in the cake pan and add the nuts to form a base. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bake for ten minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the cream cheese mix everything together in a bowl except the eggs and the starch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix it with a blender and add the eggs slowly and add the starch in the end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour in the cake pan and bake for an hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When it\u2019s done let it cool down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I made red berry topping for this cake and put whipped cream on the top when serving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"ingredients-for-the-topping\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients for the topping:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> 750g frozen berries<\/li><li> Little bit of water<\/li><li> Stevia <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook everything together slowly for 20 minutes and it\u2019s ready.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
