onion<\/li><li> 4 cloves of garlic<\/li><li> 1 can of tomatoes<\/li><li> Salt and Pepper <\/li><li> 1 tsp dry oregano and basil<\/li><li> 2 tsp red pepper <\/li><li> Oil<\/li><li> 300g cottage cheese <\/li><li> 100g bacon<\/li><li> 100ml red wine<\/li><li> 100g parmesan cheese  <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"preparation\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut the red onion, crush the garlic and start to cook with oil and add salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut the bacon and add it to the onion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After a couple of minutes add the minced meat and cook until the meat is white.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the tomato, red wine, spices, salt, and pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook slowly for about 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wash the zucchinis and cut them to thicker slices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the meat is cooked add the cottage cheese but don\u2019t cook it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"ingredients-for-bechamel-sauce\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients for B\u00e9chamel sauce:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> 3 tbsp arrowroot powder<\/li><li> 400ml milk<\/li><li> 100g butter<\/li><li> Salt and white pepper <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"preparation-2\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Start to melt the butter in a bowl then add a little bit of the milk and the arrowroot powder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keep stirring and slowly add milk to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add salt, and white pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"putting-it-all-together\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Putting it all together:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In a large oven pan put two layers of zucchini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then put one layer of meat and zucchini again and add the rest of the meat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour the bechamel sauce on the top and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cover with aluminum foil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take off the aluminum foil and cook for a couple more minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After cooking put the foil back and leave it to rest for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-2 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex
