Other meats as you like would also work. <\/li><li> Salt and Pepper and any spices you like<\/li><li> Oil<\/li><li> 100g sliced bacon <\/li><li> Cauliflower <\/li><li> 250g green bean<\/li><li> 100ml sour cream<\/li><li> 50g butter<\/li><li> 1 green onion<\/li><li> 200g grated cheese<\/li><li> 200ml cream  <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Season the meat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut and start to cook the bacon then put it aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the same pan brown both sides of the pork shoulder slices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put them on the bottom of a pan which you will use to cook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the cream to the oil you used to cook the meat and stir until it\u2019s creamy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour it on the meat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut the green beans and boil in water for 5 minutes and add to the meat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Boil the cauliflower and when it\u2019s soft put it in a blender with salt, pepper, butter, sour cream and mix until it\u2019s creamy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour this on the to of the meat and make it even.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sprinkle with cheese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook in the oven for 30 minutes on 180 degrees Celcius. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sprinkle with green onion and bacon when serving.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Ingredients: 1kg slices of pork shoulder or ground meat.
