powder<\/li><li> 1\/2 tsp cream of tartar or baking soda<\/li><li> 1 tsp black pepper<\/li><li> 2 tsp salt<\/li><li> 2 eggs<\/li><li> 250g butter<\/li><li> 150g sour cream<\/li><li> 150g grated cheese  <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"for-the-top\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the top:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> 1 egg<\/li><li> 100g grated cheese <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"preparation\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix everything together in a bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The pastry will be soft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius with convection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put baking paper in a pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Make balls from the pastry with wet hands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place them beside each other on the pan but leave a small space between them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beat the eggs and grease the top and sprinkle with cheese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bake for 25 minutes in the oven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When they cool down you can also cut them class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cheese scone with coconut flour<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All the ingredients are the same as before except for the flour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I used 150g coconut flour and 150g almond flour and for the rest of the ingredients I used the measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The consistency of the scones will be very different.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Make balls from the pastry and then press the top of the balls to get the right shape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you only use almond flour the scones will be softer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Ingredients: 400g almond flour 1 tsp baking
