Carrot<\/li><li> Parsley <\/li><li> Onion<\/li><li> Garlic<\/li><li> 1 small celeriac <\/li><li> A little ginger <\/li><li> Salt and Pepper <\/li><li> 100ml soy sauce <\/li><li> 2 star anise<\/li><li> 1 cinnamon stick<\/li><li> 5 cloves <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"preparation\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Start to cook the meat in cold water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wash and peel the vegetables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the water is boiling add the vegetables and the spices and cook slowly for 2 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When it\u2019s ready put the broth on the side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut the meat and you don\u2019t need these vegetables anymore<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"ingredients-for-the-pho-soup\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients for the Pho soup:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> 200g mushroom<\/li><li> 1 pack green onion <\/li><li> 6 boiled eggs<\/li><li> 1 red chilli<\/li><li> Cilantro <\/li><li> 1\/2kg broccoli<\/li><li> 1-2 lime<\/li><li> Shirataki konjak pasta<\/li><li> Soya sauce<\/li><li> Chinese glassy Bamboo  <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large (max-width: 576px) 100vw, 576px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut the broccoli and cook for three minutes in salty boiling water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook the egg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slice the mushrooms and start to cook in a pan with oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut the green onion, chilli, and coriander and cut the lemon to four pieces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Boil the broth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When serving use a soup bowl.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put all the ingredients in the soup bowl then add the broth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add soy sauce and lemon juice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter
