and Pepper <\/li><li> Olive oil  <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"preparation\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wash the duck and let it dry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wipe it with a paper towel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Put salt and pepper on the duck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Put it in a baking pan with a gridded rack and sprinkle with oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Put a small cup of water on the bottom of the pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cover it with double aluminum foil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cook in the oven for 2 hours at 160 degrees Celcius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Take off the foil and cook for 15 more minutes on both sides of the duck at 200 degrees Celcius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"ingredients-for-the-sauce\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients for the sauce:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> 200ml sugar-free soy sauce <\/li><li> 100ml sugar-free maple syrup <\/li><li> Stevia <\/li><li> 1 tsp ground cinnamon <\/li><li> 1 tsp ground cloves<\/li><li> 1 tsp ginger powder  <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"preparation-2\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Put everything in a pan and boil together for 3 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grease both sides of the duck with this sauce and put it in the oven for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When the duck is cooked put it on a cutting board and cover it with aluminium foil and a dishtowel for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cut the duck meat to thin slices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I made egg pancakes while the duck is cooking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p red California pepper <\/li><li> Lettuce<\/li><li> 1 red chili pepper <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"preparation-3\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cut the vegetables to very thin slices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When serving put the meat and the vegetables in the pancake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sprinkle with the sauce that you used for the duck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roll the pancake and it\u2019s
