Sushi"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 id=\"ingredients-for-the-cauliflower-rice\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients for the cauliflower rice:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 medium cauliflower <\/li><li>1\/2 cup rice vinegar <\/li><li>2 tbsp stevia<\/li><li>Pinch of salt <\/li><li>Coconut oil<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"preparation\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mix the rice vinegar, salt, and stevia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cut the cauliflower to pieces and put it in a food processor to grate it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a pan heat up coconut oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the grated cauliflower, cover it and cook slowly for ten minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After ten minutes pour in the vinegar and cook for another ten minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Put it on the side for an hour and cover it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then take off the cover and leave for another 2-3 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It has to be cold when you make the sushi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cut the ingredients for the fillings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I used tuna and salmon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 tuna can<\/li><li>150g sliced salmon<\/li><li>1 avocado<\/li><li>1 pack green onion <\/li><li>1 cucumber<\/li><li>1 red california pepper <\/li><li>1 bigger carrot<\/li><li>Half lemon<\/li><li>2 tbsp mayo<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"preparation-2\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour the liquid from the tuna and press it with a fork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add salt, pepper, and mayo and mix together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cut the vegetables to equal sizes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After cutting the avocado add lemon juice to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"other-ingredients-you-need\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other ingredients you need:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Nori sheet<\/li><li>Wasabi<\/li><li>White and black sesame seeds <\/li><li>Soy sauce<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Put water in a small bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On a bamboo mat put the nori sheet with the shiny side on the bottom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the cauliflower rice and add everything else on top of that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Start to roll up with the bamboo roll and make sure it\u2019s pressed together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Put water on the other end so it sticks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Put the rolls in the fridge for an hour before cutting them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When cutting slices cut the edges first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then cut it in the middle and cut again until you have 8 pieces from one roll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When serving you can sprinkle with sesame seeds, or use soy sauce and wasabi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
