macadamia or almond flour<\/li><li>1 cup coconut butter or regular butter<\/li><li>5 eggs<\/li><li>1\/2 tsp salt<\/li><li>1 tsp baking soda<\/li><li>1 tbsp lemon juice<\/li><li>1\/2 grated lemon peel<\/li><li>Seeds for the top<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"preparation\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius with convection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put baking paper in the pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a blender put the eggs, salt, coconut butter or regular butter, lemon juice and lemon peel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix them together and add almond flour and baking soda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix with the blender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour it in the pan and make it even.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sprinkle the top with seeds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When it\u2019s cooled down it will be easy to cut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the coconut butter pour two cups of desiccated coconut in a blender and grind it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want it to be sweet add sweetener and vanilla extract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you use it for bread leave them out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix the coconut in the blender to make
