id=\"ingredients-for-3-sponge\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients for 3 sponge:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4 eggs<\/li><li>4 tbsp almond flour<\/li><li>Pinch of salt<\/li><li>Vanilla extract <\/li><li>Sweetener<\/li><li>1\/2 tsp baking powder<\/li><li>1\/2 tsp cream of tartar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter 576px) 100vw, 576px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"preparation\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Put baking paper in the small pans and grease the sides with butter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius with convection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Separate the eggs and add the cream of tartar to the egg whites and beat them with a blender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the sweetener and the vanilla extract to the egg yolks and beat these too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then add the almond flour and baking powder to the yolks and mix them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add half of the egg whites and stir together then add the rest and keep stirring carefully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour them in the cake pans and bake for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Take cream<\/li><li>25g butter<\/li><li>Sweetener<\/li><li>Vanilla extract <\/li><li>2 tbsp strawberry syrup<\/li><li>2 tbsp gelatine <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure the chocolate in a heatproof bowl. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Put the butter, cream and mascarpone in separate bowls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beat the cream into whipped cream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stir the mascarpone and the butter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mix these together and add the sweetener and vanilla extract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Put half of the cream in another bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the melted chocolate to one of the bowls of cream and mix together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Put the strawberries in a blender and then add them to the other bowl of cream and add two tbsp of sugar-free strawberry syrup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then add the gelatine to the cream and mix them together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First cut the sponge in half if it\u2019s too big.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then add the chocolate cream layer and then the strawberry layer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"ingredients-for-the-gelatine\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients for the gelatine:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 pack pf gelatine <\/li><li>2 tbsp sweetener <\/li><li>300ml cold water<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"preparation-3\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Put the gelatine, water and sweetener in a pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I used a granulated sweetener for the gelatine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cook slowly until it starts to thicken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Decorate the top of the cake with strawberry and pour the gelatine on the top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Put it in the fridge for
