{"id":2033,"date":"2020-03-21T09:34:50","date_gmt":"2020-03-21T09:34:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.katislife.com\/?p=2033"},"modified":"2020-03-21T09:40:35","modified_gmt":"2020-03-21T09:40:35","slug":"keto-vanilla-ice-cream","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.katislife.com\/en\/2020\/03\/keto-vanilla-ice-cream.html","title":{"rendered":"Keto Vanilla Ice Cream"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 id=\"ingredients\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>250ml milk<\/li><li>250ml cream<\/li><li>Vanilla extract or 2 vanilla sticks or stevia vanilla sugar<\/li><li>4 egg yolks<\/li><li>Stevia<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"preparation\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour the milk in a pan with the vanilla and cook until it starts to boil then leave it for half an hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After 30 minutes take out the vanilla sticks and cut out the seeds and add them to the milk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beat the egg yolks in a bowl with a blender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slowly add the milk to the yolks and keep stirring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then pour it back to the pan and cook until it starts to boil again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When it starts to thicken stop cooking and put it aside to cool down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the stevia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put a bowl in the freezer that you will use later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When it has cooled down add the cream and pour it in the ice cream machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the ice cream machine is done pour it in a bowl that was in the freezer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now add anything to the ice cream that you like.
