eggs<\/li><li>Salt<\/li><li>1 tbsp psyllium husk <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"preparation\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Peel the swedes cut them to small pieces and cook it in boiling salt water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After cooking mash them with a potato masher and let it cool down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After that add the eggs, psyllium husk and coconut flour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix them together and if the pastry is too sticky add more coconut flour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This gnocchi will be cooked in the oven, not in boiling water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put baking paper on a flat pan and put the gnocchi on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bake in preheated oven for 24 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery aligncenter columns-2 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex id=\"ingredients-for-tomato-sauce\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients for tomato sauce:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1\/2L tomato puree <\/li><li>100ml red wine <\/li><li>2 cloves of garlic <\/li><li>1\/2 red onion <\/li><li>200g mushroom<\/li><li>1 tsp oregano <\/li><li>1 tsp basil<\/li><li>Salt and Pepper <\/li><li>Chilli (optional)<\/li><li>Olive oil <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"preparation-2\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In a large deep pot put olive oil and the cut onion with salt and start to cook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the crushed garlic and sliced mushrooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After a couple of minutes pour in the tomato puree and spices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook slowly for ten minutes then add the gnocchi and stir together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the sauce is too thick add some water or cream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sprinkle with grated cheese when serving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img
