If it\u2019s too dry put more butter or if it\u2019s too sticky put more almond flour.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Make a rectangle shaped lump from the dough. Half of them will be the bottom half and half the top. On the ones I put on the top I make a small cutout in the middle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I used sugar free jam to fill them and made some with minced walnut on the top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put them on the baking sheet or plastic sheet. Brush the egg whites on the top of the walnut ones and sprinkle them with the walnut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bake them around 9 minutes or until it starts to go brown. When it\u2019s ready let them cool down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After it\u2019s cooled down spread with jam on the bottoms and put on the tops.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sprinkle them with powder sugar except for
