{"id":820,"date":"2020-01-21T13:06:45","date_gmt":"2020-01-21T13:06:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/katislife.sumo.a2hosted.com\/?p=820"},"modified":"2020-01-21T13:06:48","modified_gmt":"2020-01-21T13:06:48","slug":"keto-coconut-squares","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.katislife.com\/en\/2020\/01\/keto-coconut-squares.html","title":{"rendered":"Keto Coconut Squares"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 id=\"ingredients\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>180g almond flour<\/li><li> 6 eggs<\/li><li> Salt<\/li><li> 1\/2 tsp cream of tartar if you don\u2019t have you can leave it out <\/li><li> 150g butter<\/li><li> 1\/2 pack of baking powder<\/li><li> 6 tbsp milk<\/li><li> Stevia<\/li><li> Vanilla aroma <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"preparation\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius with convection while you make the pastry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Separate the eggs in two different bowls. Add the cream of tartar to the egg whites and beat until it\u2019s foamy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the stevia and vanilla aroma to the yolks and mix them together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then add the almond flour with a pinch of salt, baking powder and melted butter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix it together with a spatula and add the milk. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When it\u2019s nicely mixed together take half of the egg whites and stir, then put the other half in and mix them gently. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put baking paper in the cake pan, I used a square pan for this cake and bake for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wait until the pastry is cooled down and cut them into smaller squares and cut the sides also.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.katislife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Keto-K\u00f3kuszkocka-1-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-582\" width=\"576\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.katislife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Keto-K\u00f3kuszkocka-1-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.katislife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Keto-K\u00f3kuszkocka-1-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.katislife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Keto-K\u00f3kuszkocka-1-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/www.katislife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Keto-K\u00f3kuszkocka-1-380x507.jpg 380w, https:\/\/www.katislife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Keto-K\u00f3kuszkocka-1-800x1067.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.katislife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Keto-K\u00f3kuszkocka-1-1160x1547.jpg 1160w, https:\/\/www.katislife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Keto-K\u00f3kuszkocka-1.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 576px) 100vw, 576px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"ingredients-for-the-chocolate-cream\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients for the chocolate cream:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> 250g butter<\/li><li> Stevia<\/li><li> 3 tbsp cocoa powder <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Put everything in a heat proof bowl. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want you can put it in a mixer to make it even smoother.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grease the pastry with the chocolate and dip the sides in shredded coconut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put them in the freezer for 10 minutes or little bit longer in the fridge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When they are cold cut them in half and fill with sugar free jam. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you don\u2019t have jam you can just leave it.
