Keto Cinnamon Cake with Walnuts

Ingredients for the pastry:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 3 eggs
  • Stevia
  • Vanilla aroma
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 150ml jogurt
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius with convection.

I used a 28cm cake pan and I put baking paper in it.

Mix all the dry ingredients and melt the butter.

Mix the eggs and the yogurt together then add the melted butter.

Add the dry ingredients to the eggs and yogurt and stir well.

Pour in the cake pan.

Ingredients for the second layer:

  • 100g butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Stevia
  • 1/2 tbsp pumpkin spice
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • Vanilla aroma

Preparation:

Melt the butter and add all the other ingredients then mix together.

Put on the top of the pastry.

Sprinkle with 50g chopped walnuts and pour sugar free cinnamon and apple syrup.

Bake in the oven for 35 minutes.

Let it cool down before cutting it.

You can add whipped cream on the top when serving.
