Ingredients:
- 1 cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- 100ml chicken stock
Cut the cauliflower to pieces and grate it in a food processor.
In a big pan start to heat the oil and add the grated cauliflower.
Add salt and cook slowly.
Keep stirring and add the chicken stock.
When there is no chicken stock left in the rice stop cooking.
Cover it for 15 minutes and it’s ready.
