Ingredients:
- 400g almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar or baking soda
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 250g butter
- 150g sour cream
- 150g grated cheese
For the top:
- 1 egg
- 100g grated cheese
Preparation:
Mix everything together in a bowl.
The pastry will be soft.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius with convection.
Put baking paper in a pan.
Make balls from the pastry with wet hands.
Place them beside each other on the pan but leave a small space between them.
Beat the eggs and grease the top and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes in the oven.
When they cool down you can also cut them in half and put cream cheese in the middle.

Cheese scone with coconut flour
All the ingredients are the same as before except for the flour.
I used 150g coconut flour and 150g almond flour and for the rest of the ingredients I used the measures.
The consistency of the scones will be very different.
Make balls from the pastry and then press the top of the balls to get the right shape.
If you only use almond flour the scones will be softer.
