Ingredients for the crust:
- 250g almond flour
- 1 egg
- Sweetener
- Vanilla extract
- 100g salted peanut butter
- 50g dark chocolate
- 20g butter
Preparation:
Put the butter and the chocolate in a heat proof bowl.
Place the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
When it’s melted add the peanut butter and mix together.
When it cooled down add the egg, sweetener, vanilla extract and almond flour.
Use a smaller cake pan and add baking paper.
Then pour the crust in the cake pan.
Make it even and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius.
Leave it cool down before adding the other layers.
Chocolate cream ingredients:
- 200g mascarpone
- 150ml cream
- Sweetener
- Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Preparation:
Beat the cream into whipped cream.
Add the sweetener and the vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix them together.
Add a little bit of whipped cream to the cream cheese and add cocoa powder and mix it with a blender.
Then add the rest of the cream to the chocolate cream.
Pour it on the pastry in the cake pan.
Whipped cream ingredients:
- 200ml cream
- Sweetener
- White chocolate aroma
Preparation:
Beat the cream to whipped cream then add the sweetener and white chocolate aroma.
Pour it on the chocolate cream layer.
Add grated chocolate on the top.
Put it in the fridge for a couple hours.
