Ingredients for 4-5 pancakes:
- 3 eggs
- 4 big tbsp protein powder
- Water
- 1/2 pack of baking powder
- Salt and Sweetener
Mix with a blender and add the water slowly until it’s thick.
It’s a little bit hard to cook because of the ingredients because it sticks in the pan so I put baking paper in a pan before starting to cook.
Put another sheet of baking paper on the top before flipping it.
The protein I used is from My Protein because they have sugar free and it’s very good.
I also used sugar free maple syrup from My Protein for the pancakes and cooked some bacon.
