Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Brown the butter in a saucepan, stir it over low heat, up to 5 minutes.
Add the broth, cream, and salt.
Continue stirring until the sauce has thickened. About 5 minutes.
Serve hot with any grilled meat.
