Ingredients:
- 1 chicken
- 100ml fat
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 tbsp chicken seasoning
- 1 tbsp spicy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
Preparation:
Wash the chicken.
Cut out the spine with a knife or scissors.
Put the chicken on a pan and turn the legs and the wings under the chicken.
Add the spices to the melted fat with the vinegar and mix it.
Put it on the chicken and leave it for 4-5 hours.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celcius.
Add 100ml water in the pan.
Cook the chicken for one hour and 10 minutes.
Then take it out from the pan, cover it and leave it for 30 minutes.
