Ingredients for 12 cookies:
- 3/4 cup almond butter
- Sweetener
- 1 egg
- Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celcius.
Put everything in a bowl and mix them together.
Use silicone muffin cups.
Make smaller balls and put them in the muffin cups.
Use a small spoon and push down the middle of the dough. That is where you will put the chocolate.
Bake in the oven for ten minutes.
After taking it out of the oven push the middle of the cookies again with the spoon.
Then let them cool down.
Ingredients for the chocolate:
- 100g 85% dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup cream
- Vanilla extract
Preparation:
Put the chocolate in a heat-proof bowl.
Place bowl over a saucepan of simmering water then add the vanilla extract and cream.
When it is melted take a spoon and add it to the middle of the cookies.
When the chocolate cools down it’s ready to serve.
