Ingredients:
- 1 cauliflower
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 red onion
- Chicken stock
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 200g bacon
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celcius.
Put baking paper in a pan.
Cut the cauliflower into pieces.
Add salt, pepper and olive oil to it.
Put the cauliflower on the baking paper and cook for 25-35 minutes.
When it starts to go brown it’s ready.
In a pan start to heat up oil and start to cook the onion with salt.
After 5-6 minutes add the crushed garlic and 1 litre of chicken stock.
Add the cooked cauliflower and cook for 20 minutes.
Add more chicken stock until the cauliflower is covered.
When it’s ready put it in a blender and add lemon juice, nutmeg and butter.
Mix until it’s creamy.
Cut the bacon and cook them in a pan.
Add bacon chips when serving.
