Keto Garlic Pretzels

Ingredients for 8 pretzels:

  • 1.5 cup grated cheese
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • Coconut flour
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp dry oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Oil spray

Ingredients for the topping:

  • 1-2 cloves of crushed garlic
  • 2-3 tbsp butter
  • Grated cheese

Preparation:

Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix them together except for the coconut flour.

Add the grated cheese and cream cheese.

Put it in the microwave for one minute, then mix it well and put it back for another minute.

Add the eggs.

After adding the eggs add coconut flour slowly.

When the pastry is not too sticky anymore cut it to 8 even pieces.

Stretch out the pastry and make pretzel shapes.

Put baking paper in a pan and put the pretzels on it.

Spray them with cooking oil.

Put the pretzels in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees celcius.

Melt the butter and mix with the crushed garlic.

After 15 minutes take out the pretzels and brush the top with the garlic and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Heat the oven to 220 degrees celcius or use the grill on the oven.

Put it back in the oven for around 3 minutes until the cheese melts.
