Keto granola for Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 800g any kind of keto nuts.( I used almond, walnut, pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, cashew, desiccated coconut)
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 whole butter
  • 1 cup of sweetener
  • Pinch of salt

Put all the nuts in a blender.

Add the melted butter, sweetener, salt and egg whites and mix them together.

Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius with convection.

Put baking paper on a sheet pan.

Pour the nuts on the pan and spread them evenly.

Bake for 15-18 minutes.

Leave it cool down before breaking it into small pieces.

It is very high in fat so it’s best not to eat too much at once.

You can also eat this with yoghurt or milk.
