Ingredients:
- 2 canned tuna
- 8 eggs
Ingredients for dressing:
- Salt and Pepper
- Lemon juice
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
Ingredients for the salad:
- 1 head of lettuce
- 1 purple onion
- 1/2 cucumber
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 pepper
- Olives
- Chili pepper or jalapeno
Boil the eggs for ten minutes and then peel them.
Cut all the vegetables and put them in a big bowl.
Add the tuna and the dressing.
Stir well, cut the eggs and add on the top.
You can also add grated cheese on the top.
