Ingredients:
- 25x11cm pan
- Baking paper
- 1 cup macadamia or almond flour
- 1 cup coconut butter or regular butter
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 grated lemon peel
- Seeds for the top
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius with convection.
Put baking paper in the pan.
In a blender put the eggs, salt, coconut butter or regular butter, lemon juice and lemon peel.
Mix them together and add almond flour and baking soda.
Mix with the blender.
Pour it in the pan and make it even.
Sprinkle the top with seeds.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
When it’s cooled down it will be easy to cut.
For the coconut butter pour two cups of desiccated coconut in a blender and grind it.
If you want it to be sweet add sweetener and vanilla extract.
If you use it for bread leave them out.
Mix the coconut in the blender to make butter.
