Ingredients:
- 1 kg fresh broccoli
- Chicken stock
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt and Pepper
- 200ml sour cream
- 100g grated cheese
- Lemon juice
- Mixed nuts
Preparation:
Cut the broccoli and put it in a pan.
Pour water until it’s covered and start to cook.
Add the salt, peas, chicken stock and the garlic.
Cook until the broccoli is soft.
Put the broccoli in a blender and add the sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Put the grated cheese in a bowl and pour the soup on the cheese then stir it.
Fry the nuts in a pan and sprinkle on the top when serving.
