Ingredients:
- 200ml greek yogurt
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
- 3 pickles
- 3 tbsp pickle juice
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 cloves of garlic
Preparation:
Put the yogurt in a bowl with salt, pepper, crushed garlic, mustard, maple syrup and the pickle juice and mix them together.
Cut the pickles to very small pieces and add to the sauce.
Pour it in a jar and put it in the fridge.
If you don’t have yogurt you can use sour cream or mayo.
