Ingredients:
- 3 big mushrooms
- 1/2 kg minced meat
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp red pepper
- 1/2 tsp red onion and garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano and basil
- 1 egg
Preparation:
Put everything in a bowl and mix them together.
Them take the meat and stuff the mushrooms with it.
If you have meat after stuffing the mushrooms make balls and put them on the pan.
Put the pan in pre heated oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
I serve this with mixed salad and pour olive oil on the top.
