Ingredients:
- 10 chicken legs
- Chicken stock
- Salt and pepper
- Coconut oil or fat
- 100g flaxseed flour
- 100g parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp white and black sesame seeds
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 eggs
In a big pan start to boil water with salt, pepper and chicken stock cube.
When it is boiling add the chicken legs and cook for 15 minutes.
After cooking put them on a paper towel for a while.
Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Mix the flaxseed flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper and the sesame seeds in another bowl.
Dip the chicken legs in the beaten eggs first then in the flour mixture.
Heat up the oil to around 160 degrees Celcius and cook the chicken legs until they are golden brown.
