Ingredients:
- 500g chicken breast
- Chili, coriander, ginger
- 1 red chilli pepper
- 100g cashew
- 4-5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple vinegar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 250g broccoli
- Sesame seed
- 1 green onion
- Salt, pepper
- Sesame oil
Cut the chicken breast into pieces.
Mix all the spices, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and apple vinegar with a little bit of hot water.
Fry the cashews in a pan.
Cut the broccoli to smaller pieces and put it in boiling water for 3 minutes.
Cut the green onion and chilli peppers.
In a wok start to heat the oil and add the chicken breast.
When it’s cooked add the spices, cashew, broccoli and cook for 5 more minutes.
After cooking sprinkle with sesame seeds, chilli pepper and the green onion.
