This post is also available in: Magyar (Hungarian)

Ingredients:

  • 1kg ground meat
  • 100g bacon
  • 3 carrots
  • 1/2kg mushroom
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 3 tomatos
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 tbsp oregano and basil
  • 1 tbsp red paprika
  • 100 ml red wine
  • 500 ml chicken broth
  • Any kind of grated cheese for the top
  • 3 zucchini

Instructions:

Put the red onion and the garlic in a food processor and grind it until it’s creamy.

Grate the carrots and slice the mushrooms.

Peel the tomatos and cut them to small pieces.

Cut the bacon and put in a big pot with oil and start to cook. When it’s cooked to your liking take out the bacon.

Put the groud meat in the pot and cook until the meat is white. Add the creamed onion and garlic, carrots and mushrooms.

Cook for 5 minutes.

Then add the red wine, tomato sauce, tomatos, and the bacon.

Add all the spices and add the chicken broth until the meat and other ingredients are covered.

Cook for one hour on slow heat.

Use the spiralizer for the zucchinis to create noodles, this is the easiest way to make them.

I don’t cook the zucchinis but if you want you can cook them for a couple minutes.

 Bon Appétit!
