Ingredients (for two people):
- 2 avocados
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
- 400 ml lactose free or normal jogurt
- 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
- 10 drops of vanilla aroma
- Stevia
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- 2 tbsp coconut flavour Malibu Rum (optional)
Put everything in a blender and mix until it’s creamy.
Pour them in two mugs.
Cut some almonds and sprinkle on the top with 10g of dark chocolate.
Roast the coconut chips in a pan and add to the cream.
Very easy and delicious dessert to make.
