Ingredients:
- 0.5kg any kind of sea fish
- 0.5kg coconut oil
- 100g flaxseed flour
- 100g parmesan cheese
- Salt and Pepper
- 1tsp garlic or red onion powder
- 2-3 eggs
Preparation:
Cut the fish into thick slices.
Mix the flaxseed flour, parmesan, and the spices together.
Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Dip the fish in the eggs then in the flour mixture.
Cook in the oil for a couple of minutes.
Ingredients for dressing:
It’s good to make this earlier because the flavor will be better after resting for a while.
- 200ml sour cream
- 100ml mayo
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 5 pickles
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 tsp curry
Preparation:
Cut the pickles into tiny pieces and mix everything together.
Wash and cut the potatoes.
Put them on a baking sheet and add oil and spices.
Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 45 minutes at 200 degrees Celcius.
Take off the foil and cook until they are red.
You can also make this with celeriac instead of potatoes.
Peel the celeriac and cut it into slices.
Put it in a bowl and add salt, pepper, and oil and mix it together.
Put baking paper on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celcius.
Cook them in coconut oil or bake them in the oven for 50 minutes.
