Ingredients:
- 10 eggs
- Salt and Pepper
- 150g bacon
- Vegan or normal mayo
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 purple onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 4-5 pickles
- 1 red pepper
- Chilli pepper (optional)
- 2 romaine salad

Preparation:
Boil the eggs and cut the bacon.
Cook the bacon in a little bit of oil.
Cut the vegetables and put them in a big bowl.
Cut the eggs to small pieces and add to the vegetables with the bacon.
In another bowl add 150g mayo, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp mustard, salt, pepper and mix them together then pour it on the salad.
Mix well together and put it in the fridge for a couple of hours.
When serving put the salad on the romaine leaves.
