Ingredients:
- 250g almond flour
- 250g cream cheese
- 100g grated cheese
- 50g grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 pack of baking powder
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 50g butter
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius with convection.
Beat the eggs, then add the almond flour and baking powder and mix together.
Add the cream cheese, grated cheese, crushed garlic then add the melted butter.
If it’s too liquid add more almond flour or grated cheese.
Put baking paper in a pan and pour the dough on the pan.
Stretch out the dough to 1cm into a square shape.
Sprinkle the top with more grated cheese.
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
When the sides start to turn brown it’s baked.
After baking wait 5 minutes before cutting and let it cool down before eating.
Ingredients for tomato dipping sauce:
- 160g fresh tomatoes
- Salt and Pepper
- Oregano
- Olive oil
- 100ml Cream
- Chilli pepper (optional)
Put everything in a blender and mix them together.
