Ingredients:
- 4 avocados
- 100g almond flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 60g dark chocolate 80%
- 50ml chocolate syrup
- 6 tbsp sweetener
- Vanilla aroma
- 60g walnut
- 1/2 pack baking powder
- 100ml yogurt
- 20g butter
- 3 eggs
- Pinch of salt

Preparation:
Put the avocado in a food processor with the yogurt and mix it until it’s creamy.
Melt the butter and the chocolate in the microwave.
Mix the avocado and the chocolate together in a bowl.
Add the chopped walnuts and the rest of the ingredients.
If it’s too thick add more yogurt.
In a small cake pan (25×21) put baking paper and pour the pastry in the pan.
Bake on 180 degrees Celcius for 25 minutes and let it cool down before cutting it.
