Ingredients:
- 200g sliced thin salmon
- Mixed salad
- Cherry tomatoes
- 6 dried tomato
- Feta cheese
- 1 purple onion
- Sliced red pepper
Ingredients for the dressing:
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Salt and Pepper
- Sweetener
- 2 tbsp apple vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Preparation:
Make the salad in two bowls.
Add the vegetables, cut the onion, cut the tomatoes in half and cut the dried tomatoes to thin slices.
Slice the salmon and add to the bowl after the vegetables.
Sprinkle with feta cheese.
For the dressing mix everything together and pour on the salad.
