Ingredients:
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 big soy natural yogurt
- 1 pack of dill
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 tsp Curcuma
- 1 pack of cherry tomatoes
- Sweetener
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- any kind of meat for the salad

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celcius.
Put baking paper on a cooking pan.
Cut the cauliflower flour to pieces and add salt and pepper and 2 tbsp oil.
Mix it together and put them on the pan beside each other.
Cook for about 50 minutes.
While the cauliflower is in the oven cook the meat in a pan.
In a big bowl make the dressing.
Pour the yogurt in the bowl and salt, pepper, couple drops of sweetener, white wine vinegar, curcuma, and dill and mix it.
Cut the meat to slices and put them in the bowl.
Cut the tomatoes in half and cook them in a pan for a minute before adding it in the bowl.
When the cauliflower is cooked add to the bowl and mix everything together.
You can have this dish hot or cold.
