Ingredients:
- 1kg liver
- 250g fat
- Salt, pepper
- Milk
- 2 cloves garlic
- flaxseed flour
- 3-4eggs
Preparation:
Wash the liver and cut them to slices.
In a large bowl put the salt, pepper, and crushed garlic.
Add the liver and milk until covered and leave it for a couple hours.
Before cooking pour out the milk.
Melt the fat in a pan, and cook on medium heat.
Put the flaxseed flour and the eggs in two different plates.
First dip the liver sclients in the flour and then in the eggs and put them in the fat to cook.
In a couple minutes both sides will be cooked but it should stay soft.
Put them on paper towels after taking them out.
You can cook this in coconut oil too, I just think it tastes better in fat.
Goes well with cauliflower puree or tomato salad.
