Ingredients:
- 1 big celeriac
- Salt
- 300g cottage cheese
- 400ml sour cream
- 200g bacon
- Fat

Preparation:
Peel the celeriac, cut into smaller pieces and slice it in a food processor.
Cut the bacon and cook it in a pan.
In a big pan boil water.
When the water is boiling add the celeriac and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Then put the celeriac in a bowl and add the salt, cottage cheese, sour cream and bacon.
