Ingredients for the Pork:
- 1.5kg whole pork roast or shoulder etc
- Oil
- 100ml white wine
- 1 tsp garlic powder and red onion powder
- Chicken stock
Preparation:
Salt the pork and put it in a big cooking pan.
Add oil and the white wine and add chicken stock until it’s covered.
Cover it and cook in the oven for 4 hours on 130-140 degrees Celcius.
Dressing for the Pork:
- 180g sour cream
- 250g butter
- Chicken stock from the meat
Preparation:
Mix these together in a blender.
Pull the meat apart and pour the dressing on the meat.

Other ingredients you need:
- 1 bag of Roman lettuce
- Jalapeno peppers
- 2 purple onion
- 5-6 pickles
- 2 avocados
- Half red cabbage
Preparation:
Cut all the vegetables to slices.
Put everything on the Roman lettuce and it’s ready.
