Italian Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1/2kg ground meat
  • 1 pack of mozzarella balls
  • 8 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Italian spice mix
  • 1 purple onion
  • Salt and Pepper

Put the ground meat in a bowl.

Add the cut basil, onion, crushed garlic and the eggs.

Add the salt, pepper and spices and mix it together.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius and put baking paper on a cooking pan.

Make balls and put mozzarella cheese in the middle and place them on the cooking pan.

Cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
