Ingredients:
- 1kg ground meat
- 2 large kohlrabi
- 400ml sour cream
- 200ml cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 red onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 tsp marjoram
- Oil
- 6 boiled eggs
- 1 dry sausage
Preparation:
Cut the red onion and start to cook with fat and salt.
Add the ground meat and cook until it turns white.
Add the crushed garlic, salt, pepper, and marjoram and cook until there is no water under the meat.
Cut the sausage and the cooked eggs.
Peel the kohlrabi and cut them in half and cut them into thin slices.
In a baking pan put the kohlrabi on the bottom.
Pour the ground meat on the kohlrabi and add more salt and pepper.
Then put the sausages and on top of that the sliced eggs.
Put the sour cream on the top and make it even with a spatula.
Add two eggs to the cream and pour it on the top.
Cover with aluminum foil and for 1 hour at 200 degrees Celcius.
Take off the foil and cook a little bit more.
When the top is golden brown it’s ready.
