Ingredients:
- Big mushrooms
- Sugar-free tomato puree
- Salt and Pepper
- Fresh basil
- 1 tsp dry basil
- 1 tsp dry oregano
- 1 clove of garlic
- Sausage
- Cherry tomatoes
- Grated cheese
- Purple onion
Clean the mushrooms.
Start to cook the tomato puree in a bowl.
Add salt, pepper, crushed garlic, and dry spices.
When it starts to boil put one tbsp in the mushrooms.
Add the grated cheese, sausage, tomatoes, onion and fresh basil on the top.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes on 180 degrees Celcius.
