Ingredients:
- 1kg minced meat
- 3 eggs
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp garlic or red onion powder
Preparation:
Add spices to the meat and make small balls.
Put baking paper on a sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes on 200 degrees Celcius
Ingredients for the rest of the Hamburger:
- Toothpicks
- Lettuce
- Pickles
- Chili peppers
- Tomatoes
- Sliced cheese
Cut all the vegetables to small pieces with the cheese.
When the meat is cooked put the cheese on the top of the mini hamburgers so it can melt.
Put the mini hamburgers first on the toothpick.
Then add the pickles, tomatoes, chili pepper, and lettuce.
