Ingredients:
- 1 large turkey breast
- 2 packs of bacon
- Salt and Pepper
- Marjoram
- Rosemary
- 100ml white wine
- Olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 5-6 cloves of garlic
Ingredients for the salad:
- Any kind of salad you like
- 2 tomatoes
- Half cucumber
- 1 purple onion
- 1 pepper
- Grated cheese
- Salt and Pepper
- Lemon
- Olive oil
Ingredients for the french beans:
- 1/2kg french beans
- Salt
- Butter
Ingredients for the gravy:
- Drippings
- 50ml cream
- 1 small slice of butter

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celcius.
In a big pan add salt and pepper and roll the turkey in it.
Sprinkle with marjoram and rosemary.
Put the bacon slices on a cutting board and put the turkey breast on the bacon.
Then fold up the bacon over the turkey breast.
Put it back in a pan.
Pour olive oil and lemon juice on it.
Add the wine in the pan with the lemon, garlic and rosemary.
Cover it with aluminium foil and cook for 70 minutes.
At the last 10 minutes take off the foil.
Put it on a cutting board, cover it and leave it for 30 minutes to rest.
Pour a little bit of hot water into the drippings then put it in a blender without the spices except the garlic.
Add cream and butter to it and mix it together.
Boil the french beans in saltwater for 5 minutes.
Cut all the ingredients for the salad and put them in a bowl.
Add salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil.
Sprinkle the top with grated cheese.
